About Phoodie Phoebe Jenkins

When I tell people I’m a Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist and fitness instructor, they tend to think about dieting, physical health and weight loss. However, health coaching, and what I teach, is much more than that. What I am really interested in YOU – beyond your cholesterol levels and a number on a scale. I want to know what gets you up in the morning, what motivates you to aspire to ultimate health? Your life, habits, food, thoughts, and way of being all directly relate to your health and I'm here to help you truly thrive. As a health coach, I help you get out of your own way, so that you can eat and live on your own terms. No more ‘shoulds’ and no more ‘diets’. You have the power to thrive and not just survive. That’s what I’m here to help you do. I received my training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. I also studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I am also a board certified member of the American Association for Drugless practitioners.
